		<description>I think what I&#039;m talking about will help, but, as you mention, some of it is getting over the hang up that what we have to write needs to be perfect. If you can write a reasonably coherent response, as you did to Sonia&#039;s post, in thirty minutes, that can easily be a post for the day. 

You&#039;re then free to do other things without feeling like you need to post or any commitments like that; and you&#039;ve kept a conversation going, to boot.

Blogging conversations don&#039;t replace real conversations, but they&#039;re great for getting out complex ideas that deserve more attention that the stuff that&#039;s sitting on the top of our heads. And the big ideas are the ones that are really worth getting out of our heads.

Blogging is so not one-way - or at least, it doesn&#039;t have to be. They&#039;re not one way even in the cases where we think they&#039;re one way, given how we get our ideas.

Just some ideas that come to mind...
