Dawn is approaching for my newest creation! It’s called Adventures of a Shivanaut.

I just ordered Havi’s DVD. If I can be 1/10 as wise, generous, unstuck and successful as Havi, I will be doing pretty well!

@Sonia – Excellent news! I hope you’ll pop along to my other blog when it’s up and running (it’s a matter of days now!) and share how you’re doing.

What I love about Havi is how un-unstuck she shows us she really is. It’s amazingly powerful, supportive and reassuring to have someone you admire show they’re own weaknesses and learning. It makes me all the more eager to get up and do the Shiva boogie!

I ordered it after you posted this, so thanks for the link!! I have to admit I’m getting nervous about it, after reading more about it, but I KNOW I can do it—eventually…. : )

@Carole – So glad you checked out Havi’s site. I’m having such a good time with it (in a I-can-feel-my-brain-working way) that I can’t stop telling other people about it!

No need to be nervous about it at all. I would recommend finding a nice quiet space where you can play about with the different movements on your own or with someone who’s doing it with you though. Just to help lower any embarrassment barriers! I got results just from playing around and after that I’m in love with it! You can’t fear something that you love ;)

@ carole of course you can do it! as havi says, it’s impossible to get it right! and once you can do it easily it’s time to jump up a level and make it harder.

and james…thanks for creating a new forum for this shiva stuff…the more i do it the better i love my life…so the more i get reminded to click the go button…

@chas – Working hard to get it up and running asap! I’ve noticed that Havi has started to put a bit more time into her Shiva Nata blog so I’m hoping we complement each other in what we’re doing!
