@chas *big grin*

I had an odd (read 140 characters at a time) conversation with Duff McDuffee about #2 recently. It was difficult to get clear on what we were saying, but this is something I'm going to want to get clearer on as I build up my 'great work'!

As for too many words? Not at all! I'm honoured that someone would have so much to say on my humble little blog. :)

james, you continue to nourish my non-local soul! loving the epiphanies! #1 is worth the price of admission (your mind?), especially with the added value of the comments by urban panther and yourself.

regarding #2 i have a sense that the corporate evil marketing thing is about igniting a sense of *lack* in people, a sense of *incompleteness*, which of course is a complete lie. and for you, as well as for people like joely, urban panther, and myself, it's about helping people to get in touch with that sense of *perceived lack*, and then to reveal it as the lie that it is.

so then the evil marketers are creating, perpetuating, and profiting off of a lie. the good folks are helping to shine a light on that fiction!

okay...long winded here i know...and feeling like thorough this morning (haven't even switched on the tweetdeck yet!).

totally with you on the soap thing. i've been soapless except for the pits and a bit of something to make the razor glide over the chin a bit easier for...oh geez, 25 years! i read some crazy book called the tao of sex in 1984 and got off soap by and large on the spot. and only use super gentle stuff made with plant products that i can pronounce (aubrey organics body wash if you are interested).

ack! too many words! thanks for being you!

@Joely - yes, it's taken a few months but I'm starting to be able to really let go and go with the flow!

@UP - Totally right about the negativity being soul sucking. I like to think that I won't lose friends, what *will* happen however is I may find out there are some people who never were my friends and I can stop pretending.

Positive powerful people FTW!

Epiphany #1: bitching is about bonding

This is an interesting one. You are spot on about bonding over bitching. But at the end of the day, that kind of bonding is soul sucking. Been there, done that. Sadly, but in the end gladly, when you decide to stop bonding by bitching you will lose friends. HOWEVER, you will slowly and surely end up with a group of wonderfully positive people!

Hey! Like me!!

This is just great stuff to read. You seem so much more relaxed and focused now in your posts - far less as though you're casting around hunting for answers.

Joely Black’s last blog post..And while I’m at it, I should stop giving myself such a hard time
